UPCAP is accepting applications for a full-time Case Technician in our Hancock Office.
Position will be responsible for supporting the Care Management Staff by performing scheduling, data entry and record keeping duties. In addition, daily organization and operations of the Care Management Office.
- Must possess a minimum of a High School Diploma – Associates Degree in Human Services or Office Informatoin Systems preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience working in a business office or medical office setting
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong knowledge of datebases, word processing and internet communications and have the ability to work effectively with detailed and confidential information
