Building Blocks to Success in Long Term Care

Sixteenth Annual U.P. Long Term Care Facilities Best Practices Conference. The goal of the conference is to give Upper Peninsula facility administrators and their staff the opportunity to network with their peers, and share successful concepts and practices that can be utilized in their facilities.
The “Building Blocks to Success in Long Term Care” Conference is designed to be interactive and informal. Administrators, directors of nurses, social workers, activity directors, and facility medical directors/physicians are encouraged to attend along with any other staff members you feel could benefit.
