Powerful Tools for Caregivers ~ Marquette

6 week class designed to help non-professional informal family caregivers who are helping a parent, spouse, friend or someone living in the community, a nursing home or across the country.   This class will help you reduce stress, take care of yourself, make tough decisions and problem solve. Class meets weekly on Mondays starting October 22nd through December 3, 2018 from 10:00 to 11:30 a.m.  **There will be NO class on November 12th.  There is NO cost to attend, however you must register.

REST (Respite, Education and Support Tools) – Negaunee

REST is a unique, interactive training program where you will receive the tools and education needed to be confident and successful in providing respite care to adults and children. This 2 day training meets on Tuesday, October 23rd and Wednesday, October 24th. There is NO cost to attend, however registration is required.

PATH to Pain Management Workshop – Newberry

6 session group program for people living with any health conditions that cause chronic pain.  Spouses, partners, caregivers and friends are also welcome to attend. Program meets weekly for 6 weeks on Tuesdays beginning October 23rd and running through November 27th.  Meets from 12:30 to 3:00 p.m. There is no cost to attend, but you must register.  Space is limited.
