Workshop for people living with diabetes or a caregiver of someone with diabetes.Diabetes – PATH Workshop held every Monday for six weeks starting February 17th and running until March 23rd. Class meets from 4:30 to 7:00 p.m. @ MTEC Center Room #2018Participants will learn strategies for managing their diabetes including techniques to deal with symptoms such as fatigue and anxiety along with information about healthy eating, appropriate use of medications, activity, exercise and working effectively with their health care providers.
