UPCAP is accepting applications for a part-time (20 hours per week) individual interested in learning and performing basic property maintenance skills in Hancock, Michigan. This position is funded through our Senior Community Service Training Employment Program. Applicants must be 55 years of age or older and meet income and employment requirements.
Duties of this position may include, but are not limited to:
- Cleaning
- Shoveling
- Plowing
- Property Maintenance
- Vehicle Detailing
- Janitorial Work
