This 6 week program is designed to provide the skills and tools needed by people living with or caring for someone with Type 2 diabetes to improve their health and manage their symptoms. Class meets Mondays starting on September 16th and running until October 21st @ the Negaunee Senior Center from 1:00 p.m. until 3:30 p.m. Three is NO cost to attend, however you must pre-register.  Call the Negaunee Senior Center at 906-475-6266 to register.

A Diabetes Self-Management Workshop is being offered at the Negaunee Senior Center beginning on Monday, September 16th, 2019. The Diabetes –PATH (Personal Action Towards Health) workshop is a six week program designed to provide the skills and tools needed by people living with or caring for someone with Type 2 diabetes to improve their health and manage their symptoms.
