UPCAP is looking for volunteers to coach Matter of Balance classes in their community.  A Matter of Balance is an award winning program designed to teach folks to manage falls and reduce their fear of falling by providing strategies and gentle exercises to help them stay active and independent.  Matter of Balance is an 8-session course led by two local volunteer coaches for either 4 or 8 weeks.  UPCAP provides all the support, materials and training for volunteer coaches.
