UPCAP is accepting applications for a full-time Administrative Assistant/Case Technician at our Escanaba Office.
The position will be responsible for:
- Supporting the Escanaba Care Management staff by performing ongoing entry and maintenance of data into the appropriate system
- Bill processing and verification
- Daily organization and operations of the Care Management office (assisting with phone calls, filing, chart set up, etc)
The position requires:
- A minimum of a High School Diploma, Associates Degree in Human Services or Office Information Systems preferred
- Two years experience working in a business office or medical office setting
- Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills
- Fluency in Microsoft Office products
- Strong knowledge of databases and Internet communications
- Must have the ability to work effectively with detailed and confidential information
- Working knowledge of health-related service delivery systems and community resources
