The Arthritis Foundation Walk With Ease Program is an exercise program
that can reduce pain and improve overall health. If you can be on your feet for
10 minutes without increased pain, you can have success with Walk With
Ease. This is a self-guided walking program with six weeks of on-line class
support to help you stay motivated and build confidence, while you learn to
safely increase physical activity. There will be an opportunity for a group
walking session one time per week at the Escanaba Northern Lights YMCA.
