Walk With Ease Online

A self-guided walking program with six weeks of online class support.This program helps participants with or without arthritis increase balance and strength with physical activity. If you can be on your feet for 10 minutes without increased pain, you can have success with this program. The online class dates are Wednesdays, May 26 - June 30, 2021. Optional Webex Orientation: Wednesday, May 19.
