UPCAP is accepting applications for a full-time Finance Manager in Escanaba, MI. Requirements of this position:
- A minimum of an associate degree in Accounting with two years of related work experience
- At least 2 years experience in public or non-profit Accounting preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks
- Strong communication (verbal and written) and organizational skills
- Pass a criminal background check
Accounting responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze financial reports for internal review and external examinations conducted by independent audit firms
- Track accounts receivable
- Process vendor accounts payables
- Prepare bank reconciliations
- Prepare project budgets
- Complete reporting requirements for multiple housing projects
