UPCAP is accepting applications for a part-time Maintenance position (working 20-25 hours per week) for Northwoods Estates located in Ironwood, MI. Experience with general construction, handyman and building repair work is desired. Pay range starts at $15 /hour with paid leave and holidays.
Maintenance duties include but are not limited to:
- building and apartment repairs
- Cleaning and painting
- Yard work including mowing and snow removal.
