Creating Confident Caregivers

This program is designed to assist those caring for a loved one with Alzheimer's Disease, dementia or memory loss and living at home. Creating Confident Caregivers is a 6-week evidence-based online program designed to provide family caregivers in Michigan with information and tools for managing daily life, behavior, resources and their own well-being.
